Getting to sleep is done within 5 mins tops.
However, waking up is completely the opposite. I've had two alarms going, and someone else had to come in my room and turn them off because it woke them up
nudges don't wake me up, it's got to be a punch or a proper shove before I wake.
I also have to set my alarm about 45mins to an hour before I actually have to get up, when I get up I'm rushing around like an idiot because I've laid in bed that 'extra' minute.
