Wales. September. Tips

Yes. Got the finishing weekend with mates and family penned in, ordered some paper maps today (use GPS, love paper maps) and now looking at train times. Just hope my impending house move doesn't spoil dates.

I find the dates usually stay the same - when you get to them . . . just your tour may have different days attached.

I also love paper maps - just make sure you fasten them securely - especially in the hills above Trawsffynydd . . . . !

Got the train ticket booked today. Manchester to Chepstow with just one change. Arrive about 14.30hrs in Chepstow. Plan to camp at Llanthony (in the farmers field) that night, then do 50-60 miles a day camping in nice spots I decide on each day. Finish Friday evening at my mates for a bit of a party. Can't bloody wait!
