Recommend me some gvm walking shoes max £50.

Not too deep tread, plenty of cushioning.

Previous pair were Salomon and they always looked dirty!

Use work casual office, outreach work, walks along canal etc.

Not keen on sports direct tbh.

Got a few pairs of Karrimor here - from shoes to boots. Wore one pair out over lockdown ! Cheaper end though ! Didn't buy them at Sports Direct ! The 'boots' did me fine for Snowdon this year.

I'm onto my second pair of HiTec's having had to replace the pair I bought 25-30 years ago a couple of years ago. I'd say they were decent value, they also seem to suit me foot shape YMMV.

Other people's feet may differ.
I would consider leather hiking shoes, my synthetic ones are never waterproof over the long run.
