I have a women's Peugeot bicycle not had it long I was looking it over and noticed that there is writing on the curved handlebars Does anyone know what this is HSNLUNG HL those letters are inside a wreath please let me know thanks again

Peugeot are well known for equipping their bikes with everything french so these bars would likely be a replacement and not OE.

After sometime in the mid 80s they started to use Japanese parts, and even Japanese parts rebadged to old established French makes.
