The Boab washing machine is knackered. It's not spinning. I have tried several programmes, tried to de scale it with descaler, failed to find a filter to empty, and kicked it...what next?

I am not an engineer. Had a problem with my zanussi nit turning a all. Pulled it out, took the back off and found my wife's bra wires all tangled round the drum!

If you're feeling adventurous it's always taking the back off something broken and having a look. Be sure to disconnect electricity and water first though!

If its not spinning it's probably a physical fault ie stuck or a faulty part. There's lots of good forums of DIY thank can help pinpoint.
