How do I best deal with water in the wheel rims? After a wet ride or washing the bike water always drains from the valve hole. I can't see that this gets it all out though.

Never had such a problem, but I guess to stop it getting in in the first place you need to seal up all points where water can get in, i.e. around nipples and valve hole. Not really sure what would be best to use, but perhaps a dab of Vaseline around them could help?

Is the valve hole drilled for Schrader valves, while you use presta? If so, get a grommet of the right type to fit. That is the most likely source of water ingress.

If the spokes are stainless steel, I can't believe the water will cause any problems.
