You know those pump up pop bottle water pressure rocket things? Someone's only gone and built a massive one and strapped it to a trike like a crazy fool. 0-100 kph in just over half a second...

You'd have to stop every 1/4 mile to refill and pump the thing up.

I propose a slight modification.

Instead of water use petrol, and as the air pushes it out the back it can be ignited with a spark plug.

Can't the really cheap stuff can be had for around 20p for a 2 litre bottle? Which works out at around 45p a gallon (I think), which is quite reasonable compared to unleaded petrol
