well the day has arrived, I now have my brand new Rehatri Semi Recumbent Hand Bike and it's brill, a couple of things though, the chain is slack, anyone got a rule of thumb of what tension the chain should be?

I'll never see you on the road, as I had to click Petsall to find where it is. And I know nothing about hand bikes (except watching Olympics and seeing now-departed WWI veterans in Richmond Park), but I salute a fellow road warrior, and hope you find the expertise to continue your journey (or indeed, maybe @mjr has already provided it).

Without seeing it in the metal it's impossible to know what the issue is. The default advice at this early stage of ownership of a new bike is to 'take it back to the shop'... It's still covered by warranty innit.
