There are a lot of wusses posting here. MTFU the lot of you and get out on your bikes. Some of us have to ride every day to earn a crust. Fail to prepare and prepare to fail. You need layers, lots of layers under your cycling jackets, inside your winter boots and thermal liners in gloves. North Face Windstopper Gore hat with ear protection and fleece hat underneath. Cycling specs to shield eyes from chill and prevent snow blindness. I haven't been cold at all.

.... But you wouldn't be half as miserable if you did what i do in the cold weather.
Start car,go make coffee,and pour in travel mug,return to car,put into D and drive
