Hmmm.. back to work. Got fed up with floating around yesterday on too many pills. Side/Back/ribs still hurting but fine as long as I'm not being bendy.

Seems rather damp here again. Noticed front wall in the bay window is feeling cold and has the beginning of black mould!! Yikes! Got some USB desk fans behind the tv stand to improve airflow.

"Wibbling -

Afternoon
The deluge continues here. Feeling a bit battered after yesterdays visit to climbing wall but a couple of cups of Kenya single origin coffee help get me moving. Walked Bertie in the rain then did a turbo session, later unfortunately is the torture called Pilates.
