I'm intending to do a 200k ride on Sunday. It's either up to Saffron Walden or down to Dover, yet to be decided

Set off just after 6am. Good run down to Dover. Then into a beastly head wind all the way to New Romney. I'm currently having a break in the Station Cafe.

Just got back from a bloody fast (18.4mph average, fast for me) 46 mile club ride, and Devon is lumpy so my legs are pretty much toast now. I`m tired but contented

Finished now. I was out on the rode for 12.5 hours. Toughest ride for a long time.
