Weird stains from ink at my bicycle frame

Hi, my dad draw with a permanent marker at some signs at my bicycle. After I removed them I saw some weird stain under the ink. Does anyone know how to remove them?

Was it some kind of security marker? If so, they are designed to be very difficult to remove.

I don't think so it was just a permanent marker

Something like T-Cut might work.

Either a solvent like paraffin or alcohol or a fine abrasive like T Cut or car polish.

I find as soon as the ink is dry on the latest one is the right time for a new one.

Alcohol based electronic/ screen / printhead wipes help. Solvent, like solvent for PVC pipe cleaning or general purpose solvent such as pvc window fitters use. Check its effect on materials before copious use of course but it's what I use at work.

Sticky stuff remover will work. I used permanent marker on some mudguards as I repurposed a rear into a front and cut the top to shape. Brought the pen right off.
