Don't know which forum to put this in as I am not a racer, its not Audax distance, I don't class myself as a real beginner and its not a ride I am promoting but I have just come back from my best/fastest ride and nearly managed an average of 20mph over an undulating 55km course.
Managed 31.5 kph were my previous best over the same course was 29.5kph and has stayed at that average +/- 0.2kph for a while
Even more suprised though as it is quite windy and I didnt even start out with doing a fast time (relative) in mind
