I do love a bit of Greggs, especially the sausage rolls and macaroni pies but when did it get so expensive? When I was on the dole back in 99/00 my giro day treat was a cheese and onion and a chicken pasty and maybe a doughnut if I was feeling particularly flush

We have Thomas's in York, place of choice for Chunions (Cheese and Onion pasty) for work lunches. The branch nearest work also does "Yesterbake", which is the day old stuff from all the branches across the city. 4 Danishes for a quid.

im a little tea pot
i prefer the steak bakes. its a bit hardcore for some but hey ho i live fast and loose ( especially after a greasy greggs pasty)

the piri piri chicken rolls used to be lush.

Steak bakes are awesome!

Do they still do the cheese savoury with bacon baguette/rolls? They where my favourite when I worked next door to one!

I cycle so burn the calories off. I need an amount of fat in my diet so greggs provides. its all about moderation 2 a day every day would be bad , but the Daily Fail readers don't understand moderation of one every so often.

The 'Tattooed Beat Messiah' looked upon his flock and told them,
'Behold my brethren, you have followed me unto the wilderness, and have stayed true to my words!. For this i bestow upon you this gift'
and upon the land a chain of Greggs bakery's were bestowed upon the people and the people saw it was good as it was bestowed to them by the 'Tattooed Beat Messiah'

And so there children, and there children's, children were given the gift of Greggs, where they gathered and sought sustenance in order to carry on the there worship of the one they call 'Tattooed Beat Messiah'

So it is written, so it must be true.

Oh no, I can see myself become hooked on them and getting obese?
I will get all lardy, fat and lazy. I will lose my job, my wife will divorce me, my children will disown me. My friends will turn their backs on me.

All for the sake of a Gregg's £1.00 Saussy roll.

£1.00 for a Gregg's Saussy role! I put it to you that you are being ripped off!

78p at my local Gregg's which is within the Garage shop only 118 yards away from my house, damn you Greggs!
