How did you get that. I saw that running "dropped a person’s risk of premature death by almost 40 percent", while cycling "typically dropped the risk of premature death by about 12 percent" which seems like 1/3, not 3/4. But I only skimmed the article.
Ah, I was skimming too - I was looking at premature deaths in one case and reduction of death rate in the other, which is not quite the same thing! Even then it should have been 1/4 (16 -> 12).

Apparently that's not actually the case - a good bit of news for cyclists.

Ok, well let's stick with the vitamin thing then. Read my post in accy's thread about clogged arteries!

So if you never stop pedaling, you'll never die?

The faster you pedal, the greater the effect. So pedal fast and you actually get younger. That Bradley Wiggins guy is actually 173 years old and in a few years he will be born

I'm convinced today took a few years off. What does a post ride beer do?

Well, if you search the Internet long enough, I am sure you will find a Report or "Research Paper" which claims that a post ride beer is good for you. It may have been sponsored by the Brewing Industry of course, but, let us not bother ourselves about that minor detail ;)
