Ah, I was skimming too - I was looking at premature deaths in one case and reduction of death rate in the other, which is not quite the same thing! Even then it should have been 1/4 (16 -> 12).How did you get that. I saw that running "dropped a person’s risk of premature death by almost 40 percent", while cycling "typically dropped the risk of premature death by about 12 percent" which seems like 1/3, not 3/4. But I only skimmed the article.
Ok, well let's stick with the vitamin thing then. Read my post in accy's thread about clogged arteries!Apparently that's not actually the case - a good bit of news for cyclists.
