I can tell you I didnt last night, flippin awful pace. Headwind, snow, rain, head wind and then some headwind.You might see me to...I take the exact same journey as the one shown in Jonny's Video. But it looks like he go's a bit faster than me

Yep. The beginning of my ride home starts in Hammersmith and turns off at Constitution hill.
I always take the park, either at the gates at the top of Queens gate (summers only as they shut at dusk)

Then its off into constitution arch where you can then filter onto picadilly for the last stretch. the park is quet, fast and pretty wind free.
