day off but it's so I can sit a three hour unseen Constitutional Law exam, finishes at 1.15 so hopefully I'll be home before it starts

What rain? It's absolutely great up here in Manchester. I have a horrible feeling that I'll have to pay for that with interest on Saturday.

Had a few spots on the way in this morning, a brief spell of precipitation later, and nothing at all on the way home. Quite chuffed I decided to risk not taking the waterproofs in.

It's absolutely pissing it down here .... and I didn't bring any waterproofs. But then again, I find it's better if the rain just runs off skin.
