The whole incident wound me up as its very like a lot on here have had to put up with, being treated as amusement for the cruel and selfish ensconced in a car, those feeling safe and secure enough to pick on those more vulnerable, its a hideous and disturbing trend and I hope these idiots get what is coming, the fact they did it was bad enough but even worse was they thought it "funny" enough to put on Youtube, maybe as a rallying call to other like minded idiots

"It was my third test and I was really confident. To fail for something like that really annoyed me.
"It's ridiculous. Why should you hand over your details? What good would that do?
"It wasn't as though I'd deluged this pedestrian. And if I'd swerved to avoid the puddle I might have caused an accident."

Aside from the fact that Clarkson presents himself as someone whose entire life is an ego trip, I don't think that he was looking for commendation there.Cunobelin said:That is a worrying article!
Driver sees child by side of road so slows down..... and then expects some commendation for the act - it should be unremarkable and normal practice!
