What 34T Chainring for my 1985 Raleigh Record Sprint.

I'm thinking about changing my chainring to a smaller 34T on my 1985 Raleigh Record Sprint, so I can get up the steeper inclines, it has the Sugino GT chainset.

I think it's a 110mm BCD, but I'm not sure.

Any suggestions?

That looks like 110 to me. Try Spa Cycles, they have a good selection of rings. You'll want a black one, obviously.

Many thanks, that's a very useful chart, mine is about 65mm from bolt centre/centre, so it must be a 110mm BCD as I thought, but I wasn't sure.
