What are those things that keep the cables on called?

Sorry to be a newbie on this, but I have no idea what they are called nor because of this where to get them.

I don't mean cable ties I hasten to add.

The are a little plastic clip that keeps the hydraulic disc brake cable onto a small receiver on the frame. Most of mine seem to have popped off.

Is this normal and should I worry about it? Or should I just put cable ties through the receiver and around the cable?

You mean THESE .. I keep them in position with small cable ties over the top of them.
