I hate with all my being small talk.I am ok talking about cycling or football mainly Leeds.But my social circle is either my many work mates,about 10-14 of them once a month and i can talk with them. we worked together since 1983 when i went indoors and left the streets my other group is church,and we have some very clever people and my lack of education shows up,so i talk about diy and gardening,but i really am useless in social circles.

Same here. I've noticed that my "lifestyle choices" don't help as most people talk about music, films, beer, cars, and how the awful government is fleecing the honest motorist.

I personally find the whole thing boring and exhausting.

I'm awful at ball games, I can't catch, kick, throw or thwack.

I can't sing or tell you the difference or tell you ooh that's an A note it a C note, I can't tell the similarities.

I can't paint, sculpt, draw or do stuff that, my handwriting is dire.

I can't do computer games for more than about 5mins before my mind wanders and I'm bored.

More than one educational pysc diagnosed dyspraxia.... sounds about right.

Getting off trains.

I thought it was the 4th stop, but it was actually the 3rd as one of the stops was request only (and no one requested to stop). On the plus side I had a pint in the next town over whilst waiting to get the next train back lol.

Most DIY / household repairs and maintenance tasks aren't my thing, especially when it's for aesthetic reasons, I don't have an eye for it, things that look wonky to everyone else look perfectly fine to me!

It's a confidence thing, but also because I'm not that good at it.

Clothes and Fashion, I've learned.

Working in a charity shop where there are some who seem largely to be there for the clothes, it's a bit 🤪

Some of the things I've heard just makes me think 'Oh FFS! You are at risk of disappearing up your own arse!' 🤦‍♂️
