a couple of runs to the tip and one to the scrap metal place as I have a pile of lead to get rid of.

Off to Brighton in the morning will be driving up Ditchling Beacon to show wife my gravity defying prowess on a bike during a FNRttC. Seeing in-laws in Littlehampton Saturday afternoon. Visiting the British Engineerium on Sunday possibly combining that with Brighton Pavilion. A visit to The Engine Shed/Gaugemaster model railway shop is a possibility as is a visit to Amberley Chalk Pits museum. The weekend for me extends through to the following weekend because it's now half term and I've got a couple of 100km DIY audaxes pencilled in as well as a three-pie ride from Horton in Ribblesdale to Hawes and back.

Trying to do something with the car so that there isn't a small lake on the inside!

Currently the seats and carpets are pulled up on the passenger side drying out and the sunroof is sealed with duct tape!

I used a bit of old innertube to make a gasket to seal my sun-roof once - worked a treat too.
was only a leak where part of the catch mechanism went through the glass - was a 70's / 80's Ford sun-roof

The Glue that binds us together.
Am doing the normal Epping route in the morning, the other half is doing a slower ride with freinds, am a bit worried as this will be the first time she would do a ride without me, her freinds are not what i would call handy, so if one of them punctured i think they will be walking home, or i would get a phone call. the trouble with that is we are heading of in differant directions. we could be 30+ miles apart.
Have just been over her bike and checked it all over, so she's got half a chance.

I'm planning on finding some money, babysitting for my grandson while his dad goes on a 90 mile ride out to Dunsop Bridge (yes, he knows about the roadworks), having a long run, finishing off them Warsteiner lagers that somehow found their way into my fridge, having another run tomorrow and then going to shout loads of good-natured abuse at the unfortunates from Woodison for 90 hyperactive minutes. Then I've got another tune to learn on my banjo and learn how to spell Kyrgyzstan.
