Manning the picket lines?
Marching throught the local streets shouting a bit and waving banners?

Catching a movie? (B-i-L)
Bit of christmas shopping? (I reckon shops will be busy tomorrow)
Taking wife and kids to York for the day?

Barnet,
I'm on a yearly re-licensing course at work, the dispute does not affect me, but on my way home I will join the picket line at the local college for a while to show some solidarity

I'm going to work out how I can spend my "capped" (ie it probably won't be as high as) 1% pay rise in 2014-2015. Mmmm, let me see, current inflation rate of 5%, well that didn't take me long to work out. :cursing:

I'll be working as usual...

Piemaster, if you find yourself near Gillygate, keep an eye out for me in the electric truck. Unless I get put on the trike, in which case I'll be all over the place. And knackered.

Ol misery guts is out for the day, so I'm torn whether to do a 3-4 hour hard ride for missing out today and yesterday (weather terrible), orrrrr, stay indoors and just chill on me own; either way I get time on me own which is excellent!

I'll be on the picket line in the morning and then marching through central London in the afternoon however I reserve the right to sneak off for a cuppa and a sandwich if I get cold or wet. The Unison shop stewards where I work seem to be in hiding so I'm not quite sure what's going on but there will definitely be picketing in some part of the hospital.

Staying at home all day and withdrawing my services.
The £150 loss of pay won't be nice though come pay day

You get paid £150 a day, and you get a better deal on your pension then anyone in the private sector. Enjoy your day off.

I'll be working as usual, paying taxes to fund index linked pensions.

Just saying!

And very nice it is of you to do so.

Shame your elected government promised those pensions to the people that work for them and have worked for them for many years.

Naturally I wouldn't want you to break a promise
