What are your favourite musical scores

Terminator

Imperial March - Star Wars <-- all of Star Wars music really

Battle of Heros - Star Wars

Aliens - Main Theme <-- all of the Aliens score is amazing

Jaws - Main Theme <-- all of this score is just fantastic

Star Wars Episode 4 Title Theme

I will add more as and when I remember them

The Sea Hawk

Cracking score from one of the pioneers of film music, Erich Korngold. He won two oscars in the thirties for his film scores.


Spellbound

An early appearance of the theremin in Miklos Rozsa's score - another multiple oscar winner.

Miami Vice - the movie

Taxi Driver by Bernard Herrmann.
He also did Psycho, north By Northwest, Jason and The Argonauts and many many more.

Another one of my favourites was Carl Stalling who scored all the original Looney Tunes cartoons.
Try picking up one of his CD's... the music is amazing
