I had various posters over the years, mainly music posters (Bad Religion, Sex Pistols, The Clash) plus the WHY? poster...that stayed up for the most length of time during my vacation at my folks house.

I cannae remeber if I had posters, but I did have a few football teams pennants - hibs, liverpool and barcelona (my mate brought me the Barcelona one back from his holidays, and I thought it was the most cool continental thing in the world).

I also had loads of stickers on my bedroom furniture - I cannot remember the name of them but they were of stylised monsters and I loved them, and there were also Marvel comic stickers.

Panini football sticker albums as well...now there's a memory!!!

For years I had a huge poster of Red Rum, and at some point a huge one of Paul Young joined Rummy...honestly, looking back, Red Rum was far better looking than Mr.Young ^_^

David Sylvian, Ian McCulloch  Dave Gahan and Pete Murphy replaced Paul Young at some point.

One poster pre-dated Red Rum, and is still in my childhood bedroom now. It's this:

It still makes me and my Dad laugh - but even though its been part of my life for well over 32 years I've never really taken any notice of the motto!

I was a bit of a geek as a teenager. I used to collect the monthly magazine "Wings" about aeroplanes through the years. I cut the front covers off and covered the bedroom walls with them. I also had a triangular "traffic lights" road sign, aquired by me and my dad rolling home from the pub one new year's eve!!

Debbie Harry was never in The Jam, that was Paul Weller

Alan...

Debbie Harry was in Paul Weller? Are you sure?

I saw Blondie at a festival in Nottingham in 2011, Ms Harry in a pair of hot pants - mighty fine legs for a mature lady.

The blue Pink Floyd pyramids from DSotM. At various times, S. Quo, Debbie Harry, Jaclyn Smith (of Charlie's Angels, Farrah never did it for me), Human League, Ultravox. More artily, the odd Dali, and Liechtenstein.

Gabriella Sabatini and a German popstar called Sandra. Oh the shame!
…ah, Sandra. By the time I discovered her, I was far too old for posters. Have all (seven, believe it or not) her albums, though.
