I lock up Mr Foldy on bike railings sited near the security desk. I'm usually in first, and there are between 2 and 4 of us who cycle. Quite poor from an office of a few hundred - but at least I get parked easily! I'm usually next to quite old, and quite sensible, racers and hybrids. There was a flash Boardman for a few weeks in the summer. Its funny to contrast the bikes which work for a living all year round against the more faddy efforts.

A green and yellow thing with a step thro frame and no gears has just started appearing in our bike shelter. It is absolutely covered in flowers -looks like wallpaper! No idea who's it is.

My friend parks his red Triban 3, he's a 10 mile commute each way....There's a Carrera Virtuoso, no idea how far this chap cycles in but he strangely throws it in a bush everyday, even though there's loads of places to park more civilised....A new Hoy hybrid....A Dawes under a rain cover, no idea about this but I know its old and he loves it....others are old rusty mtb bikes.

Mine has it's own space!

Mine can be parked next to anything from a Dunlop special mtb to a variety of rather nice road bikes.
Our racks are a mish-mash of horrible wheel benders so I tend to put mine out of the way where it can have something to lean on and lock up to (hardly anyone else bothers)

Do you fold and lock or leave it in bike state?

Wouldn't it be theft? Also it's got a D-lock on :ninja: .
Couldn't it fall under a private citizens version of 'Eminant Domain'?

I don't use the works bike cage as working nights, I lock up at bottom of stairs in staff entrance behind a keycard locked door. Only 4 of us ride in on nights but they are all BSO.

When my friend is round I park next to a trek madone 2.1.
At my brothers I park next to a Dawes Discovery.
