What colour is your sitting room/lounge/front room/living room ?

I like bold colours and having lived in rented accommodation since I left home, I was determined we'd paint the new house with amazing colours. So I present our orange sitting room. It looks even more orange in the flesh. My family think I'm mad but everyone who's actually been round thinks it's great (they could be just being polite I suppose). So has anyone else gone for similarly mad colours somewhere in their house?

is that a tangerine orange? sorry i'm slightly colour blind, but if it is tangerine type orange then i think it's rather nice and i tell it how it is i don't do this lying to be polite stuff!
i living room is the brightest, boldest wood you could imagine. and to add to it the living room is lined with stuffed bear, deere, mouflon, wild boar and maybe one or two other i forget without looking

Looks nice. Ours is 3 walls Egyptian cotton (white/grey) with the fireplace wall,ceiling and alcoves deep red.

Yes it is tangerine orange. My husband thought we were buying terracotta, until we opened the tin... To be fair to him, the colour in the booklet didn't remotely resemble what we actually ended up with. I wanted orange in the first place so it worked out well for me.

lounge, one wall ford RS asbo green, the other apple white. curtains dark brown with asbo green and bight pink leaves.

I like it have a something like it in my room living room is currently grey with white new york wallpaper on feature wall but I also prefer bright colours

Creamy colour as is most of the rest of the house. Only room that has been painted since moving in is a sky/colbalt blue, my youngest's favourite colour.

3 walls are parchment (creamy white) but 2 of these are covered with bookshelves so don't count.
The back wall, and "the alcove between the bookshelves where the TV sits" are really, really purple.
