It's a Soyuz bought from the cash strapped Russian Military.

Must have been a right B*gger to get back to Bristol though surely Summerdays?!
I mean, it's not like you could have landed it on Severn Beach or somewhere and then carried it home?

I usually buy in food every 2 days or so whilst at uni so don't actually have much in the fridge at all times. The few would be;

Pesto. I eat pasta with pesto way to often.
Low fat/low salt/low everything spread.
Natural Peanut Butter.
Bag of Salad.
Beer.
Humous.

On the contrary (spelt ok Arch?) I believe they dry out and go off quicker in the fridge. This is my own speculation though

They last longer in the fridge....but don't need to be put in it. I safe space by leaving them out.

It pays to remember, that supermarkets are generally a bit colder anyway...unlike your house which with some of the heat we've been getting could get hot enough to boil an egg

Me too. They last at least a fortnight quite happily.

Fridges certainly do dry things out and I reckon you shouldn't keep cheese in there. Cheese is a live product and needs to be kept somewhere cool and moist, not cold and dry - a cellar is ideal. A fridge is the especial ruination of soft cheeses, which are sold immature and need to ripen.

The only things we always have in our fridge are probably:

Apple juice
Milk
Yoghurt
Butter
3 types of miso paste
and whatever hot paste or sauce I have made in that week

There are lots of things we have in their sometimes or most of the time, which at the moment seems to be a lot of beer...
