What do you do

What do you do when you find that the cloths you keep for Doctors appointments, funerals, weddings or when SWMBO naggs do not fitt any more. This happened to me last night when I was going to a concert by the BBC Philharmonic. At the last moment I found out that my best slacks were a little tight a round the waist (no they were bloody tight and there could have been an accident if I had worn them) and my dress jacket suddenly does not meet at the button holes (got away with that one just tried to look cashuall) I mean the trousers are not ten year old and I have had the jacket less just over twentyfive years old. Ah well I suppose it's down too M&S with the credit card instead of the Ambleside out door shops.

Stop washing clothes at 60o

I have rode over three hundred miles since the start of the year and walked over sixty in the fells. On top of this I am at the gym at least four times a week but I do like snacks and the odd litre bottle of Sherry. and SWMBO does not trust me to go near the bakery counter at Tesco.

I remember eating a Kendal Mint Cake before my mate told me that you shouldn't eat one all at once.

It gave me a terrible stomach ache...

I have a friend who is a tailor, he'll be able to continuously modify the fit to suit as you change.

I can probably sort out 'mates rates'. Two grand ok?
