Obviously the weather has turned and my pride and joy will need to be washed regularly to stop everything grinding to a halt.

So the question is, once ive cleaned and dried the moving parts of the bike, what's the best product to use to lubricate everything again?

are you talking just the drivetrain? if so you need to lube your chain with chain lube, apply then wipe off.
Check the mickle method or the sheldon bottle method for chain cleaning.
Everything else will be sealed so no need to lube those.

Yeah just the driver chain and pedals. I noticed after the last clean that the chain was making a noise as were the pedals but a bit of 3 in 1 seemed to silence everything but only for a few days.

I have a Ridgeback Switch Nemesis which has a hub gear so its just a single sprocket front and rear and has always been silent so obviously the 3 in 1 isnt good enough to lube things up in the long term.
