It wouldn`t be the same if a row of posh speaking suits sat there and talked about their latest gardening adventures would it lol:wacko::blush:

On ascents: How can I go faster?
On the flat: How can I go faster?
On descents: How can I go faster? (If I thought about my descending style, I might reconsider and slow down!)

Seeing Joe's post, I'll admit to mooing and baaing when the appropriate animal is in the adjacent field!

You do that to !

And I thought I was the only nutter that made noises or talked to the aminals as I go past. I also talk to myself about all sorts of other observations that I make as I ride along.

I swear at the wind on a regular basis:angry::laugh::biggrin:!!!!!!

I did learn some new swear words the last time I had a good drenching - a car full of idiots wound their windows down and took the p^ss out of me for riding in it - wouldn`t be so bad it they weren`t such "unfit" gits (that`s being very polite!!), that trip also cost me my mobile phone and my mp3 player..........swearing was the best therapy heeheehee!!

Should have given them some abuse back;)

We had a teacher at school and nothing would bother him. He was in a wheelchair and had MS, had been teaching for many years, was there when my uncle was and my uncle is 40something!
Anyway, some kid tried to call him one time, and the teacher just gave him a good one liner that made the kid go bright red and didnt have a clue what to say:laugh:

I am glad to learn that I am not the only one that "speaks" to the cows, sheep etc.,

There was a lovely dog, quite clearly a female on one of the paths with her owner ( a man ) and I could not help myself on cycling past I said "hi gorgeous" to which the man replied "thank you "

Today my thoughts will be I am mad, attempting a 32 miler when I have only been cycling about four weeks
