What do they usually eat in a day? I keep hearing how they have to follow strict diets, so what is it they eat?
Have you Googled?

I normally have fish and chips, an ice cream, and a few pints.
Throw some cheese and chocolate in there, not at the same time, and you've got the diet of champions.

Call me a traditionalist but what's wrong with a Mars bar and a banana???
Mars bars ripen much faster in a saddlebag...fact.

How the hell do you get that lot in your jersey pocket Bet you have an Acado delivery van following you or parked up at strategic points along your route:laugh:

Fish and chips mounted in tray on handlebars, lid facing forward to stop contents blowing out.
Pint glass and beer in first jersey pocket
Second pint in a bottle in middle pocket.
Ice cream in third jersey pocket.
Bottle opener mounted on bar end.
