What does the diet of a pro cyclist look like?

Pint glass and beer in first jersey pocket
Second pint in a bottle in middle pocket.
Ice cream in third jersey pocket.
Bottle opener mounted on bar end.

Sounds like a solution.Do you have to stop or are you extremely adept to riding no hands?

I saw a documentary last year involving the nutritionist of one of the big teams.

There is so much science and data involved it's mingboggling. The same rider will have a different diet for a day in the mountains than a day on the flats. And even in the mountains the intake will vary if he's expected to attack one day (Pantani style) or cruise amongst the bunch the next day.

I think I count 12 patties so that's just 12 quarter pounders then? Which is really some way short of 12kg by a very, very long chalk. 30,000 calories is right for 12kg beef but not for what is shown methinks, unless the buns are stotties and the patties are 2.204 pounders in which case I'm in
