Fish and chips mounted in tray on handlebars, lid facing forward to stop contents blowing out.
Pint glass and beer in first jersey pocket
Second pint in a bottle in middle pocket.
Ice cream in third jersey pocket.
Bottle opener mounted on bar end.

Sounds like a solution.Do you have to stop or are you extremely adept to riding no hands?:stop::stop::stop:

Not sure if it's been posted, but someone tried to eat what a Tour rider eats in a day, and failed, badly. Good video somewhere.

I saw a documentary last year involving the nutritionist of one of the big teams.

There is so much science and data involved it's mingboggling. The same rider will have a different diet for a day in the mountains than a day on the flats. And even in the mountains the intake will vary if he's expected to attack one day (Pantani style) or cruise amongst the bunch the next day.
