I was just wondering what kind of food and drink do you crave whilst doing a seriously long bike ride. You may not crave for anything ,but personally after a good few miles in the saddle I start getting fixated with certain foods and drink. For me, I have an irresistible urge for chocolate milk shake and anything that contains oats.( mainly oat and raisin flapjacks)..:-) :-)
