Yesterday evening I swapped the Tiagra 4600 shifters for a Dura-Ace 7800 pair that I'd cleaned a couple of days ago on my Carrera Vengeance magnesium. A couple of adjustments were needed, plus a replacement cable, although I was able to re-use the same bar tape (again):
The bike's for Zwift and bad weather use and rides pretty well considering it's a mixed-parts build of Campag and Shimano.

Minor fettling from me, yesterday I cleaned the bike.
And today after letting the chain dry out over night, I re drip waxed it and checked its length today. At 3,900miles its still 👌

Minor fettle to the CX bike. I'd managed to 'drop it' on the rear mech whilst in the Cairngorms last week. I say drop, nothing as exciting as a crash - I'd popped the bike up against a bench, and the wind blew it over. Bang, onto the mech and hanger. Managed to straighten it on the trail, and got back to the campsite.
As it needed a clean, I thought I'd remove the mech and the hanger. The hanger appears to be stainless steel, and the part where the axel bolts is only a couple of MM thick, which then becomes a 6mm thick hanger for which the mech bolts to.
Removed it, cleaned everything up and refitted. Made a slight adjustment when the mech was attached and all good again. Looks like this:-

Aligned a derailleur hanger that was mildly bent in July. Only smallest two cassette cogs affected. Frame is steel, thus separate hanger not necessary. Hangar is part of frame. All cogs now playing nicely with derailleur. Should have sorted in July, but been lazy getting round to it.
Replaced a worn out rear tubeless tyre, and replaced the rim tape whilst I was at it.
Replaced bar tape, as it was looking a bit grubby.

Put a Charge Spoon (as fitted to all my other bikes) from my spares stock onto the new toy. Although the original saddle wasn't too bad when I tried it when wearing bib shorts yesterday, 99% of my riding is done in baggy shorts/trousers or Ronhills and today's ride in baggies confirmed it needed changing. Will take a 5mm allen key on the next ride to fine tune the angle & fore/aft positioning.
