This is all a front to deceive local management into believing I needed to purchase a decent, reliable headlight

Finally got the cable through the second one of these levers. What a pain in the arse. Did as described in video's in the right position, clened the hole with bent soft wire, lightly greased it, finally bent the first 2 inches of it in a smooth curve and kept turning the lever in my hand with a tiny bit of pressure and it went through. Need the little inserts the outer cable sits in on top of the levers. What are they called please.
