Nearly all the garages around here are full of `toot`. We have a car and the bikes in ours ! Others have parking problems, it`s like musical chairs but with cars !

You are right. Lots of those vehicles are up on the pavements as well. Who polices it ? No one. I have to change the way I leave my house on the bike as very often there is a pickup truck parked right by a junction obscuring my view. It`s bad enough in the car.

If drivers were charged an annual £1000 supplement for using the road as a storage facility they'd soon stop doing it. Don't buy a cow if you don't have a field!
