I was talking about the current government not the local council. Bristol has been given tens of millions of money for cycling and seem to spend it badly and inefficiently from a cyclist who works and has lived there most of my life. George red trousers just seems to have made it even worse but the now there idea to pull up and relay the cobbles just makes me wonder if they are just all smoking too much of Bristol's favourite tipple.
