I never understand how people like beer, I mean if people actually liked the taste they would have non-alcoholic beer all the time, with breakfast, dinner, tea. But they don’t!

). Actually, I say I like real ale, but if I see a beer labelled as bitter, I will select that. I am not too keen on IPAs or its variants. Porter is usually a risk. Light summer ales are usually inoffensive. The West Berkshire Brewery is local. Good Old Boy tends to give me wind, but I will drink it out of solidarity. I think I prefer their Half Circle though.We have a pub in Atherton Metropolis called Pendle Witch (a great pub) which serves Pendle Witch as a staple as well as many guest beers like Old Peculier, Blonde Witch et al.Theakston's Old Peculiar, Pendle Witch, Bombay Gin, Weston's Vintage Cider. Add a kebab with lots of chilli sauce, preferably not dribbled down the shirt, to finish off the session nicely.
