Ah! Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. The world's greatest dish. Already messing with the rules, but herbs lift it even higher. Parsley, thyme, rosemary or bay - but definitely only one herb at a time...

fine, I also omit some ingredients from recipes if I dont like them and 'personalize' them like the claud with thyme and rosemary (I quite like the rosemary myself actually).

Take 2 slices of bread, cut a square in the middle, drop into a pan of heated fat of your choice (my fave's beef drip). Crack the egg into the hole in the bread. Fry for a minute or 2, turn over, fry for a further 2 minutes, pop on a plate and add ketchup and freshly ground black pepper.
