It's a fair question. The issue raised was one of xenophobia. There are several main components of xenophobia, of which a very important one is race and racism. The most predominant form of racism in the world (the ones which are powerful enough to make difference, the make the world as it is, which matter most), is that which values 'whiteness' and devalues 'blackness' - this by the way occurs in Asian and African countries as well as in countries that are predominantly Caucasian. Given this, I found it interesting that a concern about xenophobia should be expressed about what is of relatively little significance in terms of global power, outcomes, what matters most right now, that is against America, a nation founded on white supremacy, and centred around a white American.
