I saw one near The South Bank in London during The Beer and Bridges Ride the other day. I couldn't see if it had beer pumps though.
Quite often see that one (I'm assuming it's the same one) around London Bridge/Tooley St. I saw it the other week being powered by just two people - it looked like hard work.

The London one is not very pretty

The one in the original post is a conference bike: http://www.conferencebike.com/

I got to see one close up at an event in Shrewsbury a while back and with everyone pedalling they have a surprising turn of speed.

They don't have much speed at all ^_^ single speed, so hard to get much speed up. A few of us on here were involved with http://cobiuk.com/ a few years ago. I did York to Leeds & it was fun, but hard work

Does everyone pedal those? I know on the pub bikes only the punters pedal, the owners do the talking/beer pouring.
Yes, from what I saw there are pedals for everyone including the pilot but also freewheels so you don't all have to pedal.

^_^ Perhaps to clarify I should mention that it was a flat route and I was riding my rickshaw (with a couple of passengers) back then. It surprised me that I couldn't keep up with a 200kg machine with roughly 500kg of passengers aboard.

Okay, so they did have seven times the horsepower I had, but even so that's a lot of weight to move.;)

This whole thing, and these wacky "bikes" have me thinking; Are these things bikes? They have wheels and pedals, but is that enough to make 'em bikes? I don't know... They look like fun though.

Well, not bikes per se as they have more than two wheels, but definitely pedal cycles or alternatively you could call them human powered vehicles.

It's a conference bike, Freewheel North has one:

So one poorly driven tipper truck could take out 6 members of middle management in a single swipe?
I'm not saying that would be a good thing naturally, but I'm betting estate agents don't rent them out just in case.
Also, a wrong turn on to a serious incline plus a bit of hubris could have the same effect...

I wouldn't want to be a stone cold sober person who gets to steer one of the booze varieties while a party get pissed up, loud and oh-please-not-sick behind them. I wonder if health and safety or an insurance company would insist on seat belts for fear of of a drunk falling off in transit? And would a barring for bad behaviour entail two warnings then a firm push?
