it's set for 6.45 but don't usually need it as Mrs Ian and jnr are usually up by 6.

Very funny... i get up when i wake up simples. Sometimes that will be 7am, sometimes 6am and sometimes 8am. Are you jealous by any chance. ?

Was a bit of a challenge today, following a light lunch yesterday that finally ended when I got on the 10pm train ....

Mine is usually set to 7.30am but the so called smart alarm goes off 3mins earlier and is supposed to wake you up gradually for 7:30am but I always wake on the first chime if I've not already awake.

The cat jumps on the bed at 5.30 if that's what you mean. Unfortunately it doesn't understand weekends.

I have a cat that jumps on my pillow and headbutts me continually after he hears the first flight at 6am. He usually gets kicked out then I go back to bed for an hour.

04:40 Monday - Friday. Take the dog for a walk then breakfast before going to the gym. Then into work for about 08:45.

Weekends - depends on when i hear the dog mooching about but usually about 07:00.

Don't really have an alarm clock, however I have been trying to get to bed earlier so that I wake up earlier. That way, I'm getting up in the morning as the sun rises as opposed to at the crack of noon.
