No alarm this morning, as I'm on rest days (until Sunday), so I crawled out from the bed at 11:56.
Day shifts 03:40
Night shifts 14:30

I have that problem too. What is it about 3 ruddy a.m.?

At least I don't have to worry about getting up for work any more so I can just go back to sleep asap and not worry about the time of the 2nd awakening.
It's the magic number obviously lol.
I have to get up to get the boy out to school otherwise I'd lay in too!

6-24am here. About an hour earlier than usual. Had a meeting in Ashbocking near Needham Market, Suffolk, so 2 choices:

1. Have a lie in and get up at 9ish and drive.
2. Get up at 6-24, cycle 5 miles to Newmarket station, take 8am train to Needham Market and cycle the 11 miles to Ashbocking. ^_^

Well no contest really is it - cycling in the moonlight early this morning was a real treat, and East Suffolk looked stunning in the winter sunshine. And, award for the most patient, safest overtake of the day goes to.....an Audi driver! Nearly fell of me bike in amazement!

Alarm wasn't set today. I had two alarm calls though this morning: the bin men at about 7.30, followed a few minutes later by the dulcet tones of screeching tyres and hooting horns as there was yet another near-miss outside.

6.45 this morning. I had a 'dynamic back class' at The hossy starting 8am. Cycled all the way there, went to lock my bike up and realised I hadn't brought the lock with me. Nor my gym kit, nor the entire back pack I'd packed with everything I needed for the day. Way, way too early.
