Lullabelle and I are off to a party at The Cavern Club in a couple of weeks. It's on a Friday, and we're staying at Albert Docks over night. So good people of the North West, what should we do on Saturday before we head back to Leicester at tea time? ^_^

Oh, and absolutely nothing football related, thank you. :headshake:

Visit the Catholic Cathedral, the stained glass inside is unbelievable [x2 if it's a sunny day].

I was put off cathedrals as a kid by my dad who dragged us around every one he could find (including Liverpool). Thanks anyway.

The John Moores exhibition is still on at the Walker Gallery. If a few brushstrokes interest you. And it's free.

I took my family to the stadium tour at Anfield. I stayed at Albert Dock (Premier Inn?). All good.
Then went to Liverpool One for shopping and eating.

You have to get a Ferry across the Mersey once in your life (you might want to come straight back and not visit Birkenhead though).
