We're watching The Bombing of Pan Am 103 on iPlayer. Sobering.

We watched Dept Q and really enjoyed it.

Now started Blackbird on Apple TV. Pretty good after 2 episodes.

I'm enjoying Death Valley on iPlayer. Timothy Spall is great in it. Mrs Legs keeps falling asleep.

Tried the first episode. Timothy Spall was great but the stench of ham from the rest of the cast made it unwatchable.
Did it improve?

I felt that -
my wife wanted to carry on with it - which is unusual as I am normally the one who will watch any old carp

but it does seem to have improved
or I have got into the concept and stopped thinking of it as a serious crime series

We too found the first episode a bit underwhelming but we persevered and found it got better and better, we were absolutely loving it by the time we watched episode 6. Keeping fingers crossed for a further series.

I am enjoying Death Valley too. It's billed as a comedy drama, and taken that way, it's good. It helps that I love the Welsh accent/ language and try to spot the filming locations.

Three totally pointless football matches on terrestrial TV at the same time this afternoon.
What awful scheduling as there is only a very limited audience for these games. So why have 3 games at once?
