What was that bike with the lights in the toptube?

Someone ages ago linked to a bike that had front and rear lights sticking out the front and back of the toptube, but I can't find any info searching about.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I kinda like the way they look, and they are pretty good value for money considering what you get for it (aluminium frame, brooks saddle, all for about what you'd pay for a nice looking chromoly singlespeed). However I feel using solar and usb to charge the lights rather than dynamo seems like a massive oversight, especially if they could design it so you could charge external devices from the usb port with it!
