Homemade sesame wholemeal roll with mushroom pate and cucumber. But this thread has just reminded me that I'm going straight to the cinema after work so maybe I'll save it for later and head out to find something more substantial for lunch.

A chicken breast sliced up and and fried with an onion then bung in a sachet of Ken Hom's Sweet and Sour Sauce from the Co-op... makes my bananas look even sadder!
