Another +1 Use it all the time to call Australia. I find the quality better than Skype if you don't need to see the person you're talking to. Also the group facility is great for chatting, eg we have a cyclists group for a few of us to arrange rides etc.

I use Android phone, presumably similar on iPhone...
Top right hand corner, there are 3 dots. Make sure you are in 'chat' view, press the dots, and you get the option of a 'new group'. You then add contacts who are
a) in your contacts list
b) have the app on their phone.


They will get an alert that you have added them to the group. They can leave the group if they want to.
